Our Clients

Report Factory delivers a wide range of data related services and customised automated reporting environments for over 50 clients throughout Australia and the United Kingdom, which includes major top and mid-tier law firms, actuarial, accounting and recruitment firms.

We have used Report Factory since 2007 to assist us in both report development and helping us understand the nuances with our practice management system.

In the past 6 years, since the departure of our in house systems accountant, we have used Report Factory on a more regular basis to take over the tasks that were performed by that person. The requests we have made of Report Factory have been sometimes complex and not without ambiguity. However nothing is too hard and their team are, not only friendly and easy to deal with, but have a thorough intricate understanding of accounting systems in the professional services space. Their report development skills are second to none. What helps is Peter Ross and his team have all previously worked in professional services in finance or IT roles and they just "get it' . The nature of our business requires having multiple billing templates to suit our clients and their expertise in this area is remarkable.

If you're a financial controller or CFO in the professional services industry and you don't have the right report design or business intelligence resources in house I suggest you give the guys at Report Factory a call. You won't be disappointed.

Report Factory was of great assistance when we migrated to Aderant from our old practice management system. They are knowledgeable and offered a wide range of services. They assisted with customised reports, provided staff training on all Aderant applications and they continue to provide ongoing ad hoc support (technical and reports) to our Firm when needed.

We’re so busy pulling people out of the canal, we don’t have time to walk 100 metres upstream to find out who’s throwing them in
